Automatically Collected Data (via Third-Party Services)

  • Unity Ads – Displays ads and may collect device information for personalized advertising.
  • Unity Analytics – Tracks game performance, in-game behavior, and crash reports.
  • Google Analytics – Tracks app performance, usage trends, and crashes (non-personally identifiable).
  • Google Firebase (Push Notifications) – Sends app-related messages and updates.
  • OneSignal (Messaging Service) – Delivers push notifications.
  • Google AdMob – Displays ads. Users can opt out of personalized ads via device settings.

1a. Google Play Game Services (OAuth & Leaderboards)

The App integrates with Google Play Game Services to provide features such as leaderboards and achievements. To enable these features, the App uses Google OAuth (sign-in with Google Play).

  • Data Accessed: When you sign in, Google may share limited profile information (such as your Gamer ID, display name, and avatar) with the App.
  • No Storage by Us: We do not store or process this data. All information remains managed by Google Play Game Services.
  • Optional Participation: You are not required to sign in with Google Play to enjoy the App. Leaderboards and related features are only available if you choose to sign in.
  • Privacy Controls: You may manage your Google Play Games account, connected apps, and privacy settings directly through your Google Account settings.

2. In-App Purchases & Virtual Items

a. Available Purchases

Users may purchase coins, boosters, and other in-app virtual items to enhance their gameplay experience.

b. No Real-World Value

  • Coins, boosters, and virtual items have no real-world monetary value.
  • They cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for actual currency, goods, or services outside of the App.
  • All purchases made within the App are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

c. Payment Processing

  • All transactions are securely processed through Google Play or Unity IAP.
  • We do not collect or store payment details.
  • Users can manage or request refunds through Google Play Store account settings.

3. Unity Services & Data Collection

The App uses Unity Technologies’ services, including:
✔ Unity Ads – May collect device data, IP address, and gameplay behavior for ad targeting.
✔ Unity Analytics – Collects usage statistics, device type, and in-game events to improve gameplay.

4. User Responsibilities & Conduct

By using the App, you agree that:

⚠️ YOU USE THIS APP AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

  • Any losses or damages resulting from gameplay, in-app purchases, or third-party services.
  • Any technical issues, data losses, or disruptions caused by the App or third-party providers.
  • Any unauthorized access, hacking, or security breaches beyond our control.

✔️ Disable Personalized Ads – Users can opt out via their device’s Google Ad ID settings.
✔️ Manage Notifications – Users can disable push notifications via device settings.

🔹 We do not store or process user data directly. Data collection is managed by Google Analytics, Firebase, OneSignal, Google Play, Unity Ads, Unity Analytics, and Google AdMob, all of which operate under their respective privacy policies.

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the United States, State of Arkansas.
  • Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Arkansas, USA.
  • If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

We may update this Agreement periodically. Any changes will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
