2.2 License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use. Unauthorized use of the App is strictly prohibited.

2.3 User Responsibilities & Conduct

By using the App, you agree that:

  • You will not use the App for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.
  • You will not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the App or its services.
  • You understand that virtual purchases are non-refundable and limited to in-game use only.

2.4 Subscription & Payment Terms

2.4.1 Subscription Services

  • The App offers subscription-based access to premium features.
  • All subscriptions are processed and billed through Google Play.
  • By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Google Play’s payment policies and terms.

2.4.2 Billing & Auto-Renewal

  • Subscription payments will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Renewal charges will be applied to your Google Play account within 24 hours before the subscription period ends.

2.4.3 Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings.
  • Cancellation will prevent future charges but does not provide refunds for the current period.
  • Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.

2.4.4 Refund Policy

  • All subscription payments are final. No refunds will be issued.
  • If you experience billing issues, you must contact Google Play Support for resolution.

2.5 Limitation of Liability

🚨 NO WARRANTIES: The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without any warranties or guarantees.

⚠️ YOU USE THIS APP AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

  • Any losses or damages resulting from gameplay, in-app purchases, or third-party services.
  • Any technical issues, data losses, or disruptions caused by the App or third-party providers.
  • Any unauthorized access, hacking, or security breaches beyond our control.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the United States, State of Arkansas.

  • Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Arkansas, USA.
  • If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

2.8 Changes to This Policy & Terms of Use

We may update this Agreement periodically. Any changes will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
